Backstraight and sunken, Robin’s canvas is laced with shapes: a fingernail moon; two heavy, sexual spheres; ribs of fine, long lines; blooming blotches; slow snailing trails; a trinity of stars; a pair of hands. Robin screams a nothing sound and dips the brush back to clean.
